Laser Cutting and Engraving
Laser cutting and engraving involves the use of a high powered, focused beam of laser to cut and vaporise material to a high degree of precision, with an accuracy of up to 0.2 millimetres. The application is suitable for a range of materials of varying thickness, including acrylic, leather, cardboard, paper and wooden panels. With the combination of laser engraving, our service is suitable for a wide range of practical application such as signage, jewellery, machinery part, and architectural models.
As of now, we operate four laser cutting and engraving machines, with the largest machine having a cutting area of 1500 x 2500mm. As such, we have the competitive advantage of high scalability to meet our clients’ high production demands, as well as being capable of working with materials and sizes that are out of our competitors’ scopes. On top of our cutting and engraving line, we also have plastic bending, cutting saw and vinyl laminating machines suitable for a variety of different purposes.

Plastic Fabrication
In the area of plastic fabrication, we have professional heat bending machines readily available for thermoplastics such as acrylic. This technique allows for the reshaping of plastic without sacrificing any optical clarity, which can be recombined using polymer adhesives to create complicated designs. We provide streamlined services involving cutting, engraving and fabrication for all your design needs.
Lighting Assembly and Modification
Since our inception 19 years ago, we have been specialists in the lighting assembly and modification business.
